Saturday, May 5th marked the Grand Opening of Jim's Soft Pretzel Bakery at "The Ridge" in Philadelphia. Making up 1/4th of franchise owners "The Pretzel Dudes", Fred has made his debut in the food service industry!Note: For all of those who thought I was crazy for going into the hospitality industry (DAD!!!), please keep in mind that there have been many Potoks along the way who have shared their culinary talent one way or another. Be it butcher, baker or pretzel stick maker . . .

I was so excited to see Fred's new endeavor today! The place was beautiful and the pretzels and water ice were without a doubt the BEST I've ever had.
